Women's Fashion Footwear Manufacturer for Boutiques and Private Label

Fashion footwear lives or dies on the last, the heel and the finish — three things that are hard to judge from a photo. We develop stiletto pumps, wedges, slingbacks, crystal-embellished occasion shoes and dance styles for boutiques and private label programmes, and we work sample-first so the fit and the finish are approved before anything is cut.

The boutique range runs on small quantities per colourway, so our development process is built around colour and material changes on an existing last rather than new tooling for every style. That is what keeps a six-colour order viable: the last and the sole stay, the upper material, heel finish and embellishment change. Crystal and rhinestone work is applied by hand in-house, which is how we can quote a specific stone count and placement instead of an approximate look.

Dance and occasion shoes need a different discipline — satin and suede uppers, suede or split-sole bottoms, and a heel that has to survive being worn for hours. We quote these with the sole material and heel attachment specified, and we send the pre-production sample for fit on a real foot before bulk. Where a programme grows, the same last can carry a wedge, a block heel and a stiletto so the range stays visually consistent across price points.
