Rain boots for children are bought by parents who have already been through one pair that split at the heel. The practical spec is simple: seamless PVC injection, a pull-on handle that survives being yanked, and a lug outsole that grips wet school steps. This navy print version adds the part children choose — the print.

Construction

Injection-moulded PVC, one-piece body with no stitched seams, non-slip lug outsole. Size run 22#-29#. PVC is the right material for this category: fully waterproof, easy to clean, and inexpensive enough to replace as the child grows. A phthalate-free formulation is available and recommended for EU markets.

Print, body colour, handle colour, lining and insole print are all specifiable. Handles are the first component to fail on cheap rain boots, so we mould them thicker than the market standard and test them by pull at the pre-shipment stage.

School-supply programs are the largest channel for this style: orders typically run one colour per school with a printed crest, and ship between June and August for a September term. Mixed school colours in one container are common, and because the cartons are compact, a 40-foot container holds a large mixed run.
