Boots are seasonal, bulky and unforgiving: a late shipment misses the window entirely, and a waterproofing failure comes back as a claim. We produce PVC injection rain boots, fleece and borg-lined snow boots, and cemented fashion boots in ankle, mid-calf and knee-high heights, with production slots planned against your retail calendar rather than ours.

Injection-moulded PVC rain boots are the most predictable construction in the range — one piece, no bonding, printed or matte finish, and colour changes that do not require new tooling. Snow boots add a lining step that has to be controlled: the fleece or borg has to stay fixed through the shaft during wear, so we specify the adhesive and the stitch pattern per style instead of leaving it to the line.

Fashion boots — sock ankle, square-buckle, knee-high — are cemented and depend on last accuracy, heel attachment and shaft symmetry. These are the styles where a sample is worth paying for: we send a pre-production sample with the actual upper, heel and sole so you can check shaft circumference and heel height before bulk. Because the whole range ships from Xiamen, boots can travel in the same container as slippers or casual styles at the end of the season.
